My Story

Early Life

From Dental Student to AI Expert

The Unexpected Entrepreneur

Back in 2003, Dr. Peter graduated from dental school in Venezuela with big dreams of becoming a maxillofacial surgeon. He was volunteering at Hospital Los Magallanes de Catia, ready to dive into his surgical career. But life had other plans.

While still in school, Peter noticed his fellow students struggling to get dental instruments – the dental supply depot was just too far away. So what did he do? He started selling instruments right there on campus. Turns out, he had a natural gift for sales and genuinely loved helping his classmates get what they needed.

Building Something Big

By 2005, Peter took a leap of faith and opened his own dental supply company, specializing in oral surgery instruments. What started as helping classmates turned into something much bigger – the Prostyle brand became the top-selling instruments in all of Venezuela! Soon, dental residents across Latin America were buying their instruments from Peter. He was traveling to trade shows, building relationships, and loving every minute of it.

The Journey

A Fresh Start in America

Then 2014 hit, and life threw Peter another curveball. For safety reasons, he and his family had to leave Venezuela and start completely over in Florida. Imagine that – going from running a successful business to learning an entirely new market from scratch.

Peter didn't just adapt; he dove in headfirst. He worked as a dental assistant to really understand how American dental practices operated. And here's where it gets interesting – in 2016, he became the very first dental assistant trained in dental robotics. Talk about being ahead of the curve!

The Robot Pioneer

In January 2018, Peter joined Neocis, a Miami startup that created the world's first robot for placing dental implants. For four years, he traveled across the country installing these systems and training dentists. He wasn't just teaching them how to use the technology – he was showing them how to market it to patients and transform their entire implant practice.

Peter quickly became the top rep in the company, earning respect from both his teammates and the doctors he trained. As the only dentist on the team for a long time, he brought a unique perspective that nobody else could offer. He even worked with the research and development team, giving engineers real-world feedback to make the systems better.

Going Solo and Making Impact

In 2022, Peter decided it was time to chart his own course. He started consulting privately and worked closely with CG Smile – get this – they've been the #1 fully robotic implant practice in the entire nation for several years running. They have two robotic systems and place over 1,100 implants a year. Peter helped make that success possible.

Today's Mission

Now Peter is combining everything he's learned – from his early sales days in Venezuela to his cutting-edge work with robotics – and applying it to help dental practices using AI and smart marketing strategies. He's taking all that experience of understanding what practices really need and using today's technology to help them work smarter, not harder.

Pretty amazing journey from selling instruments to classmates to becoming an AI expert, right? And the best part? Peter's just getting started.

The Heart Behind the Business: Dr. Peter's Personal Story

Family First, Always

At the end of the day, everything Peter does comes back to family. He's married to his college sweetheart, Marilo Brewer – the love of his life – and together they're raising four amazing kids in Weston, Florida. But their journey as parents hasn't been the typical one, and it's shaped everything about how Peter approaches business and life.

When Life Changes Everything

In 2005, their first child was born, filling their world with joy. Then in 2007, the twins arrived – and with them, news that would change their lives forever. One of their babies was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.

Like any parents, Peter and Marilo were devastated. They had so many questions and so few answers. Is there a cure? What treatments are available? What does this mean for their child's future? They spent months researching, reading everything they could get their hands on, determined to find hope.

The Journey to the Other Side of the World

In 2008, their research led them to an unconventional decision that had everyone around them thinking they'd lost their minds: they decided to take their baby to China for stem cell treatment.

Think about it – a different culture, a language they didn't speak, medical procedures that weren't available in the US, and the biggest question of all: would it even work? Everyone had opinions, and most of them weren't supportive. But when it comes to your child's health and future, you'll do whatever it takes.

So they packed up and flew halfway around the world, not knowing what to expect.

Hope Becomes Reality

The results were nothing short of amazing. So amazing, in fact, that they made the trip again the following year. Since then, Peter and Marilo have never stopped searching, trying, and hoping. They've explored every treatment, every therapy, every opportunity that might help their children live fuller, happier lives.

The Real Why Behind Everything

This experience didn't just change how Peter and Marilo parent – it completely transformed how Peter thinks about work and success. He realized that all the business achievements in the world don't matter if you can't be present for the moments that really count.

That's why today, one of Peter's biggest passions is helping other business owners create what he calls "work/life harmony." It's not about choosing between success and family – it's about building systems that let you have both. He wants other parents to be able to focus on their personal lives and spend quality time with their families without sacrificing their business success.

Because at the end of the day, Peter knows firsthand that the most important work we do isn't in our offices – it's at home, with the people we love most.
